Prototyping Capabilities

Valley's prototyping capabilities allow for the production of large (5’ x 5’) molds, SLA components, pattern development with our flash cutter and urethane composite loadfloors. Combining this with the capabilities of other Gemini Group divisions gives us the ability to produce most interior trim components internally reducing cost and time to market.
